The 2007 TriKC Women's Triathlon Workshop March 4, 2007. The workshop includes a full day of instruction on the components of triathlon, plus lunch, snacks, one of the best goodie bags in the area, and a drawing for prizes all for $54 ($45 for members of USA Triathlon).
