What's in YOUR Training Diary?

	I log everything (resting heartrate, meals, cadence, wattage, mileage, you name it...)
	I keep a basic journal of all my rides (time, temperature, effort, how I felt)
	I'm not very consistent...sometimes I log, sometimes I don't, sometimes a lot of detail, sometimes none
	I don't log anything...ever.
	My training partner logs everything...I don't need to!
