Riders are expected to have a bicycle in good working order, wear a helmet, and carry a water bottle. They are encouraged to have a basic flat repair kit (tire levers, patch kit, or spare tube). Ride includes maps, limited mechanical support and rest stops every 12 to 17 miles. Support will be available for riders who cannot complete the ride due mechanical failure or illness by 4:00 p.m.
