The ride begins at the Longview Recreation Center at Longview Community College.

Riders may choose a 10 mile ride around Longview Lake, a 26.5 mile ride including Longview and Raintree Lakes or a 62 mile ride touring all five lakes.  The route is always marked; a map is provided at registration and Lee’s Summit Sunrise Rotarians are posted along the route to cheer on the cyclists.

Developed by Sherri Woiwood to honor her late training partner and friend, Tom Logan, Tour de Lakes proceeds benefit the Legacy Park’s new accessible playground sponsored by Lee’s Summit Rotarians and Parks and Recreation as well as the Longview Foundation whose mission, in part, is to enhance healthy living by supporting events that challenge and invigorate the mind and body.
