Grote Prijs Shawnee Cyclocross

Final local event of the 2007-2008 Cyclocross Season. Come watch the fun as de Stad Van Kansas series wraps up in the village setting of Old Shawnee Town. Cheer your favorite masters racers on as they do a final tune up before the World Championships in Mol, Belgium on January 19th.

What's in YOUR Training Diary?

	I log everything (resting heartrate, meals, cadence, wattage, mileage, you name it...)
	I keep a basic journal of all my rides (time, temperature, effort, how I felt)
	I'm not very consistent...sometimes I log, sometimes I don't, sometimes a lot of detail, sometimes none
	I don't log anything...ever.
	My training partner logs everything...I don't need to!
