Kansas City Metro
Curtis Martell and crew put on a very smooth final time trial for the area: Results. An interesting note, the fast time of the day was set by Dean Parker who raced twice...the first time in his category...3's, the second time as a master's 55+.  Guess what....his second try was faster!

Don't forget that Sunday, October 1st is the Octoginta Tour, another great way to enjoy this fine Fall weather.

Sailor Lost...And Found
Kansas City Metro
Thanks to a local cyclist, who spotted Sailor (a 14 month old lab who'd gotten spooked leaving the vet's office and run off) near Quivira Park, this lost dog has been returned to his owners!  

Local Cyclists ROCK!

Tour De Trees - Oct 21-22
Oklahoma City
The tour begins and ends at the Dogwood Campground at Lake Eufaula State Park (click here to see a map of the park). Participants may camp (full hook-up sites available) or choose from nearby motels.  As the name implies, this is somewhat of a fall foliage tour. While you circle the lake, you'll pass through the towns of Texanna, Porum Landing, Porum, Enterprise and Eufaula. Stop for ice cream in Eufaula near the end of the ride!
