Time Trial Cancelled due to weather But, that's ok...you can stay inside and enjoy the Cycling Team Special at Re:Verse instead. Drink and appetizer specials for all of you racer folks. Just tell 'em which team you're on. ...With today's impending storm considerably worse than last weeks rain, NEET promoter Chris Hess has determined to begin the monthly time trial series on May 1 and forgo April. A revised flyer will be available this weekend, including a payment solution for TT pre-registered riders. CRITERIUM NOTE: beginning April 15, the "A" criteriums begin at 6:30 p.m. and the "B" event begins at 7:30 p.m. Please contact

Tonight is the rescheduled Gardner Time Trial for April. With storms predicted for this afternoon will it go? Watch this space. Also, this weekend is the Crowder Crank 'n Cruise near Trenton, MO. The Heartland Race site will keep us posted on conditions. |

Chris Hess has alerted the news staff at localcycling.com that he'll announce on Thursday morning whether the weather will allow for the 2008 kick off of the NEET Time Trial on April 3rd. If things look nasty he has an alternate date. Stay tuned. JUST IN: The folks at NEET are rescheduling the first Gardner Time Trial to occur on Thursday, April 10 instead of this evening due to precipitation and its effect on the timing equipment and software used to conduct the event. Please pass the word! |
