Roger Harrsion has posted pics of the weekend's racing for the Sunflower games here. Results here: Criterium/Road Race. Roger has an extensive collection of pics including last week's kids race in Leavenworth. The Shawnee Mission Park 3/6 Hour Mountain Bike Race was a success. We should see results up at the Heartland Race site soon. And a link to results of last Thursday's Twilight Series race in Lawrence.

The fine kcbike.info site has some details on new trail construction and thoughts on the Gaunt trial. And our friend Noah keeps it real with a commuting blog that includes lots of great pics, including some fun shots of the Lenexa Midnight Ride.

Cyclocross really is around the corner. Here's the flyer for the clinic sessions at Herman Laird Park in Shawnee (the venue for the Grote Prijs Shawnee). Area promoters have banded together to form several series (which will mean more prizes!). The DeStad Series returns with a new race, but ends before Nationals. The Boss Cross continues with 3 races on the calendar. And a yet to be named series (rumored to have a healthy title sponsor) will likely include the fresh Heartland Park Night race, Capitol Cup, Boulevard Cup, Epic Holiday Cross, The Grote Prijs Shawnee, AND a new Christmas break Belgian style event.  Watch for details.
