The final stageof the upcoming Tour of Missouri Stage Race (Sept. 11-16) will begin and end in St Louis. Race organizers and civic officials announced the host cities for the event at a press conference today in Kansas City's Intercontinetal Hotel. More specific details of each  stage will be released in early spring.

 

The additional stages will be as follows: Stage 1, Kansas City road race (out and back). Stage 2, Clinton to Springfield road race. Stage 3 Branson, Individual Time Trail (expected to be hilly). Day 4 Lebanon to Columbia Road Race. Stage 5, Jefferson City to St. Charles Road Race. Stage 6, St. Louis Circuit race. Race map.

All venues will feature a health and wellness expo as well as opportunities to interact with the cyclists. Mark Breeding captured those in attendence in this gallery.
