Ground Transportation Volunteer Needs and Descriptions (Front End)

Overview:

The ground transportation component organizes and facilitates all staff and team travel for the duration of the Tour. 

Volunteers are needed on Thursday, September 4th – Saturday, September 6th for the following:

 Team (and equipment) shuttles from airports
 Bike Rack installation assistance
 Staff Vehicle Organization (roughly 130 vehicles)
o Decaling
o Numbering
o Inventory
 Staff Vehicle Assignments

What to bring?

 Comfortable clothes and shoes – The Tour will provide T-shirts for everyone

 Great attitude!

***You may be asked to drive a vehicle to shuttle staff or teams – the Tour will provide vehicles and insurance protection
