What's Going On In St.Louis Written by Mark Thomas    Saturday, 14 January 2006 2006 promises to be a banner year for racing in the St. Louis Metro. Mountain biking and Adventure racing will have a full schedule. Here's the flyer for the winter epic Bonk Hard Chill.There's still cyclocross in February with the 18th Annual Tour De Groundhog. A comprehensive race schedule will be available from the MOBRA folks soon, until then here's a tentative calendar of contacts. What's in YOUR Training Diary? I log everything (resting heartrate, meals, cadence, wattage, mileage, you name it...) I keep a basic journal of all my rides (time, temperature, effort, how I felt) I'm not very consistent...sometimes I log, sometimes I don't, sometimes a lot of detail, sometimes none I don't log anything...ever. My training partner logs everything...I don't need to!
