Club and team representatives as well as area promoters came together Sunday November, 20th in Lawrence Kansas for the Kansas Cycling Association annual meeting. Plenty of barbecue and potluck was consumed (particularly by those who'd raced 'cross earlier in the day) before the business meeting was called to order. Elections were held for the board of directors. Those voted to the board were Roger Lomshek, Teri Stewart, Curtis Martell, Curt Shelman, and Eric Struckhoff,. Curt Shelman also presented an outline plan for promoters to bid on State Championship events. The association also tabled an early initiative to induct folks into a "Hall of Fame," until guidelines are revised.
