Both the Spring Fling Race in Lawrence on Saturday and the road Race at Perry on Sunday were contested in some exceptionally windy weather. Despite the blow, Roger Harrison reports close to 160 riders on Saturday and 90 on Sunday.

What's in YOUR Training Diary?

	I log everything (resting heartrate, meals, cadence, wattage, mileage, you name it...)
	I keep a basic journal of all my rides (time, temperature, effort, how I felt)
	I'm not very consistent...sometimes I log, sometimes I don't, sometimes a lot of detail, sometimes none
	I don't log anything...ever.
	My training partner logs everything...I don't need to!
