The St. Louis neighborhood, formerly known as "The Hill" is about to be retitled. The formerly, heavily Italian-American neighborhood, located south of Forest Park on the high ground will now be known as "The Berg". The proclomation by local city fathers renaming the area was brought about by the influx of native Belgians that have recently immigrated. Demographers have opined that the attractiion to this area might be due to the plentiful cycling events and the easy availabillty of a carbohydrate and beer diet.
